What is Made to Order?

Made to Order means that once you place an order through our online store your handmade piece is carefully cut & sewn just for you. All pieces are made by the founder and maker herself, Char and in some occasions with help from friends in Melbourne. Our current production schedule is between 2-4 weeks depending on the product and if it’s during busy periods. If your order is delayed you will be notified by email with an updated timeframe.

How to purchase Made to Order if out of stock?

In some occasions we make extra stock for our popular items. You may see in some of our Made to Order items include current stock available. If a Made to Order item is out of stock please fill out the wait list form and you will be contacted within 1-2 business day with further information about the item and an invoice to complete purchase. Otherwise please contact us for any enquiries.

What is Ready-Made?

All products that are tagged Ready-Made means it is already made and ready to ship within 2-3 business day. Most ready-made items are limited and made in small batches

How long will my order take to be made + shipping?

Please be patient as handmade pieces take time. Depending on the current order volume we aim to finish made to order items within 2 - 3 weeks. This doesn’t include shipping time frame – depending whether it’s domestic (standard/express) or international it will vary so please allow an extra 2 weeks if you need the piece delivered on time.

During busy periods it may take longer, however you will be contacted if your order is delayed. Once your piece is shipped you will receive a tracking number or email update if it’s being delivered in house (for Metro Melbourne only)

Do you do custom orders?

Yes we do with our hats and bags. There is an additonal fee depending on the alterations as it requires me to pattern make and sample to readjust the products.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do – We offer a flat rate shipping of A$35 for international orders

How can I pay?

We accept debit/credit cards and offer other payment plan options like PayPal in 4 and AfterPay.

What’s your Christmas cut off date?

For Made to Order items: November 1st for ALL states. Please have your Christmas orders in by this date. This will give us enough time to make your handmade pieces and have them ready by Christmas.

For Ready-Made items: Please take note of the following dates -

Dec 19 - Long-haul national deliveries (WA, NT. Far North QLD and remote areas).

Dec 20 - Short-haul national deliveries (Interstate metro or VIC regional areas).

Dec 4 - Same city deliveries to and from Metro Melbourne area.
