Shipping

All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post or Sendle once your order has been processed.

Please note that made to order items has 1-3 weeks production lead time. Once your order is complete it will be dispatched the next business day. All other orders that are ready to ship will be processed the next business day. You will be notified with a tracking number once your item is ready for dispatch.

Char Studio offers a flat rate shipping of A$10 for Standard Domestic (Australia) and A$15 Express Domestic (Australia).

International shipping flat rate shipping is A$35 and is available for most countries with Australia Post or DHL. Please note that Char Studio does not have any control or influence on any customs duties or import tax charged when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Char Studio takes great care to make sure you are happy with your purchase. To help you choose the right product and avoid having to go through the lengthy returns process, please take the time to read through the following:

  • Carefully read the product descriptions to get a clear understanding of the fabric, fit and product shots of the item.

  • Ensure you have checked our sizing chart to help determine the correct size for you

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, please contact info@char.studio within 7 days from the date your order was received to arrange a return authorisation.

All goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact. A refund or exchange will be offered on all full priced items, subject to inspection. Returns are not accepted for items with altered changes, made-to-order items and sale/discounted items.

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Char Studio assumes no responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a traceable shipping service.

Refunds

If you have requested a refund Char Studio will refund the original purchaser’s account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on the form of initial payment, funds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
